Megan is the name and eclectic, unique events are my game.  I love fashion, epic trilogies, typography, funky colored nail polish, hand-written notes, belly laughs, and a good ole’ theme party. I grew up in rural South Carolina and after a stint in the Northeast, I settled in Charlotte, NC for its solid mix of diversity and culture, hospitality and warmth. 

 

My passion is creating non-traditional events that offer a little something special.  No 'same-old same-old' snooze-fests here! My philosophy is simple -  I aim to make my clients’ events reflect the host, hostess, or organization in the most exciting and notable way possible.  I understand that every client is unique, and that design and planning  needs differ from person to person, which is why I have a proprietary “ad hoc” style service offering that offers a package to cater to every patron and event type.

 

After 10 successful years of in depth experience in corporate event planning and project coordination with Fortune 500 firms, I made the decision to expand professionally and creatively, and get my hands on more weddings, social, and non-profit events. I am accredited in both corporate events and meetings and special events, and carry the CMP (Certified Meeting Professional) and CSEP (Certified Special Event Planner) designations.
